Wedding Packages

$5,850 - One Day Rental
  • Use of the Plantations grounds for the day - 9 am- 12 am
  • 200 guests  (does NOT include food & beverage)
  • ​Chairs, tables & white linens
  • Event staff for all activities
  • Bridal suite 
  • Grooms suite/game room
  • Island is available for ceremony ($500 fee)
$7,850 - Weekend Rental
  • Use of the grounds from Friday at 12 pm until Sunday at 11 am
  • 200 guests - (does NOT include food & beverage)
  • Chairs, tables & white linens ​
  • Event staff for all activities
  • Bridal suite 
  • Grooms suite/game room
  • Overnight lodging accommodations for up to 32 guests
  • Fishing in our pond and lake (bring  you own reels)
  • Use of facilities for Rehearsal, Rehearsal Dinner, and Bridesmaid Luncheon (Food & beverage not included.  Subject to additional fees and availability.)
  • Island is available for ceremony ($500 fee)
Catering is provided by our on site Chef.  

Additional guest cost is $15/person.  

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your date with the balance due in full 7 days prior to the date of the event.  An 8% sales tax is applied to the final bill.  A gratuity of 18% will be applied to the food and beverage.  A photographer and/or florist is not provided; however we do have a preferred vendor list available upon request
