Choose (1) Salad 
Spinach Salad:  Served with crumbled bacon, red onion and raspberry vinaigrette
Classic Caesar:  A bed of fresh romaine, served with parmesan and fresh house croutons
Garden Salad:  A bed of mixed greens, tomato, carrot, onion and house dressing

Choose (2) Entrées
(Each entrée includes:  fresh seasonal vegetable selection, freshly baked rolls & butter,  tea & water service.)

Pecan Crusted Chicken: Served with sweet mashed potatoes and peach chutney
Fresh Breast of Chicken Florentine: Served with wild rice
Roast Beef: Served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes
Herb Crusted Grouper: With roasted fingerling potatoes
Pan Seared Salmon: With coconut jasmine rice and an orange ginger sauce
Marinated Grilled Pork Chop: With roasted rosemary red potatoes and apple chutney
Stuffed Loin of Pork: Stuffed with baby spinach, sweet apples, parmesan and mozzarella cheese

Baby Micro Greens: with candied pecans, feta and ginger citrus vinaigrette
Caprese Salad:  Fresh tomatoes with sliced mozzarella and balsamic reduction

Choose (2) Entrées
(Each entrée includes:  fresh seasonal vegetable selection, freshly baked rolls & butter,  tea & water service.)

Grilled Rib eye Steak: with horseradish cream and garlic cheddar mashed potatoes
Mixed Grille: 4oz. roasted chicken breast with 4 oz. grilled steak. With rosemary spiked potatoes
Chicken Marsala- sautéed chicken breast with mushrooms and marsala reduction.  Served with linguini
Chicken Cordon Bleu: hand rolled with baby Swiss and thin sliced ham. Served with whipped sweet potatoes
Stuffed Pork Chops- baked  with  a caramelized onion and  apple stuffing with a burgundy mushroom cream.  Served with garlic roasted potato.

Chicken Francaise: Lightly breaded chicken breast with a lemon sauce served with rice pilaf
Roasted Greek Chicken: Roasted perfectly with traditional Greek seasonings served with Greek potatoes
Pan Seared Tilapia: Rubbed with Cajun seasonings served with jasmine rice
